Responsibilities as BOS Expert:
- Project management expertise;
- To ensure that all project administration is completed and project files are maintained;
- Provide timely and accurate information whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction with services provided to internal and external customers;
- Detect, report and escalate on any billing issue detected;
- Maintaining monthly reports on equipment.
Required knowledge and sills:
- Higher education;
- Leadership, problem solving, Strong communication skills, Good with teamwork, Good time management;
- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward;
- Experience managing and leading a digital team;
- Proven influencing and collaboration skills.
