• Develop and execute strategic plans that drive modernization and optimize production metrics in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design actionable strategies for new product implementation based on modernization efforts.
• Monitor and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with established KPIs and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Support expansion initiatives, from product diversification to entry into new markets, with a focus on competitive positioning.
• Work with senior management to define and implement KPIs that track the success of modernization and optimization initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership to guide decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy development, business development or related roles within the metallurgical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in developing executive-level reports.
• Familiarity with strategic planning tools and data analysis software.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and business analysis.
• Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Awareness of sustainability practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant certifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) and/or PMI-PBA (Project Business Analysis).
• Understanding of the metallurgical industry, with experience in modernization and performance optimization.
