Job title: Business Support Specialist

Summary: Managing all business processes related to the dealership and distributor structure and ensuring their coordination with the relevant departments. Creation and management of all CRM datas. Monitoring and reporting of contractual processes related to dealerships. Preparing all report regarding to present top management.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Listing retailing requests and transferring them to the relevant units
  • Providing external communication channels in accordance with the partnership structure
  • Creating retailer CRM datas and keeping up-to-date information
  • Follow-up and reporting of accounting processes about retailer’s deposits, damage amounts and etc.
  • Providing support in business processes where the sales team is responsible
  • Being a transmission / control point in the internal communication channels of the sales team
  • Monitoring and reporting of contractual processes related to dealerships
  • Supporting senior management decisions to be delegated to the field
  • Coordination between the field and other departments
  • Reporting to the field team about the processes and consolidation like addres change requests
  • Division of labor coordination between departments on reporting and analysis issues
  • Supporting the determination of the needs of the sales department in outsourcing services
  • Follow-up of dealer needs such as POP and game materials and support for operational activities
  • Directing the sales team in matters such as legislation and regulation
  • Coordination of software and hardware development / improvement works for dealers
  • Creating the schedule of work flows within the area of responsibility and controlling the process
  • Make site and retailer visits as needed

Requirements:

  • Good command of the Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and experience with common monitoring and reporting tools for CRM, Sales and Marketing
  • Strong skills for archive management, filing and reporting
  • Knowledge of the MS Office programs in advanced level
