Call Center Operator

Main purposes of the position:

To accept and handover the shipments from/to customers as per company’s internal procedures and standards, to provide to customers correct information regarding company’s product and services properly. Attraction of new customers and providing to customers a high level service.

Obligations:

• To provide answers to customers requests concerning company’s product and services and carry of obligations properly.
• To follow the company’s procedures, policy and rules.
•  To answer and proceed with inbound calls from customers.
• To communicate with customers via phone as per company’s internal call centre instruction.
• To inform customers about optional services and  propose to customers such services.
• To arrange bookings for coriers using DHL Express company special electronic system.
• Attraction of new customers and providing to customers a high level service.
• To track shipments and provide to customers current status information.
• To inform customers regarding tariffs and transit time correctly.
• To try to solve customers issues (claims) without management if possible. To inform management as soon as possible, if there is written claims.
• To follow the work schedule strictly in accordance with customers department rules.
• Compliance with company’s discipline, internal labor regulations, labor protection, safety and fire safety requirements.
• To take care the Employer’s property and equipment as well as the other employees equipment and property.

Qualification and work experience requirements:

• Higher education;
• English-Intermediate; Russian-Intermediate; Azerbaijani-Fluent;
• To work with MS Office programmes;
• Well-bred speech;
• Good analitycal skills;
• Attention to details;
• Work experience in Customer Service sphere recommended;
• Sales skills through phone – advantage.

Working hours:

• From Monday till Friday 09:00 a.m. – 18.00 p.m. ; On Saturday – from 09:00 a.m. till 15.00 p.m.
• Meal time: 13:00-14:00
