Responsibilities:

• Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent Azerbaijan and Russian languages (English +).
• Proven work experience as a Call Center Operator and Customer Services (minimum 2 years)
• Attentiveness and patience for customers;
• Active listening and effective communication skills ;
• Team spirit;
• Friendly disposition;
• Ready to work in evening and night shift;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
• Bachelor’s degree or College degree
• Handle incoming customer calls (informational and operational functions)
• Providing with all necessary information on customer services .
• To Work with customers’ complaints and wishes/ requests.
• Providing support to other departments (outgoing calls / survey / informing).
• Execute other duties as guided by heads of the department and division
