Weekly 40 hours – full-time, remote work
Competitive salary: 650-900 AZN (depending on candidate’s experience)
Job Requirements:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Experience as a Call Center Representative or similar Customer Support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Minimum advanced level of English; mainly spoken English is required.
