The following vacancy is available within the USAID-funded Social Engagement Support (SES) Activity implemented by East-West Management Institute. Requirements:

Required skills and qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible USAID experience in the field of organizational capacity development, civic engagement, training curriculum development, or other comparable sectors.
• Demonstrated USAID experience in institutional and individual capacity building with proven training skills at the community and national levels (ex: training on effective formation of community development councils (CDC), holding public dialogues, effective communications, and conduction TOT (training of trainers) activities
• Demonstrated USAID project experience in integrating gender, youth, PWD (people with disabilities) needs and empowerment in project programming
• Willingness to regularly visit project sites out of Baku
• Excellent presentation and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English languages
