Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is now looking for a Certification specialist.

Main Duties:

• Prepare and manage correspondence , reports and documents
• Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, trainings
• Arrange and confirm appointments
• Business correspondence , formatting reports and proposals
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Preparing and correcting of contracts
• Organizing , receiving of Certification questionnaires
• Coordination of Audit Reports
• Receiving Customer Satisfaction Reports
• Comply at all times with all applicable legal reuirements,HSE policies and procedures, Client’s HSE procedures and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• English Language
• Office Management and secretarial skills
• MSOffice suite knowledge
• 3 years’ experience
