Duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Strategy Identifying;
- Communication planning and delivery (write articles, posts, emails, interviews, speeches, organize project events, conduct polls);
- Facilitate or assist in facilitation Business impact assessment sessions with levels CEO-1,2,3, develop plan and organize monitoring process of status meetings, meetings minutes and other;
- Participate in training planning and organization process, including assessment forms development of training quality, train the trainers, other.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years in profession with experience in change management for business transformations, ERP-implementation or one of 4 work blocks (Engagement and Communications, Trainings, Business impact Assessment).
Preference will be given to candidates:
- with professional Change Management Certificates: Harvard – Knowledge of J. P. Kotter Methodology, PROSCI – ADKAR Methodology, Adizes Institute – Adizes Methodology
- with BIG 4 experience in Change Management Consulting
