General requirements:

• Nationality: International
• Good communication skills having proficiency in English
• Maximum age limit is 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years’ experience as Civil Engineer,who has the experience of Wind Farms and substation projects or the experience of Electrical Project in Azerbaijan is preferred;
• To be proficent in the construction standard and acceptance standard in Azerbaijan,and the technique to the construction of massive concrete structure;
• To be proficient in the technique to the road construction, buildings, pre cast and cast in situ construction;
• To be competent to independently take on the work including but not limit to the civil construction management, coping with the technical obstacle and documentation work;
• Execellent technical ability and documentation ability are more preferred
• No seriouss accidents arise in the previous project;
