Key responsibilities:

• Interpreting TAM data and understanding terminology.
• Responsible for clients and panel members communication materials and company presentations.
• Responsible for MARSA’s Social Media Pages Content. Posting and responding for regular queries
• Responsible for MARSA’s web-site content and its regular update
• Providing client service support for Instar Analytics software system and TAM data overall.
• Training clients on TV Audience Measurement (TAM) data, Instar Analytics software and its usage.
• Diagnosing, analysing and troubleshooting queries from clients.
• Responding efficiently to clients’ requests and clients’ Instar software queries and resolving them successfully.
• Working closely with CS Manager and with other MARSA’s departments in order to resolve clients’ requests and queries related to TAM service, TAM data and specifically related to Instar Analytics.
• Organising events for clients, introduction of new products and services, or any other activities the company supports in order to promote TAM services to clients and in order to gain public attention.

Candidate Specification:

• Basic IT skills and knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel and experience/interest in MS Access or similar database tools, plus good working knowledge of standard software packages
• Strong logical & analytical skills combined with a passion for problem solving.
• Superb interpersonal skills incorporating the ability to deal with clients in a pressured environment.
• Able to juggle several tasks at the same time.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Good English skills.
• Experience in the television industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of TV analysis systems would be a distinct advantage, though full training shall be provided.
• An interest in television & advertising and its future.
