Role Synopsis:

• Pasha Construction LLC is looking for a highly experienced candidate to fulfil the position of the Collector within Commercial & Residential Real Estate division (CRRE Group).

Key Accountabilities:

• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers
• Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms
• Close a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet assigned target.
• Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts and take necessary action to recover the debts.
• Follow legal requirements during debt collections to avoid legal issues
• Assist the company to take legal action against debtors by providing necessary information.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly aged debt reports
• Essential Education: • Bachelor degree in a related field
• Essential Criteria: • 3+ years experience in a direct customer contact, service, collections or sales environment

Desirable Criteria:

• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
