Socar Cape joint venture working on major construction and maintenance projects both onshore and offshore. Projects include fabric maintenance on oil & gas platforms in the Caspian Sea and onshore operations in Azerbaijan and Georgia. We have delivered value to our customers through a safe, collaborative, innovative and efficient way of working.

We are looking for a “Commercial Specialist” (only local candidates will be considered) with below requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data gathered to identify improvements and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Maintain cost database system to monitor and track the overall project budget, forecast and actual costs – Cost to Complete (CTC) and Value of Work Done (VOWD).
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, operations, procurement and finance to obtain and exchange data and information.
• Monitor change orders.
  Coordinate tender submission. Prepare commercial submission for clients.
• Have a knowledge of Contractual terms and conditions and Contracts Administration.
• Draft correspondence with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role.
• English language – upper intermediate level.
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
