- Previous kitchen experience
- Availability to work on flexible schedules including night shift
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own or in teams
- To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues
- Basic knowledge of all sections in kitchen
- To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements
- Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to details
