Main responsibilities:
- To work under supervision of the Sushi Chef de Partie and follow directions;
- Responsible for the allocated part tasks in all areas of the kitchen;
- Ensures that all items prepared are according to the standard defined by the Executive Chef;
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the allocated posts and the part areas responsible;
- Documentation of the HACCP lists for all storage rooms and observance of the HACCP bases for all relevant areas;
- Fulfilment of all tasks, observing all the established service standards.
- The employee undertakes not to use property and food products belonging to the restaurant where he operates without special authorisation.
- Good knife skill
- Able to work under high-pressure environment
- 1-2 years minimum experience
