Position Responsibilities:

The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing these rules and requirements within his area.

The job holder main responsibilities are to commission the electrical items of the EPS Platform facilities and support as necessary all the others disciplines in order to successfully achieve the full Commissioning of the EPS Platform. Commissioning activities are planned to be performed both onshore and offshore.

• Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
• Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
• Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
• Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor
• Participate actively  in or lead when required HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills
• Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Proven track record of relevant commissioning experience on Electrical Systems on onshore or offshore Oil&Gas, Petro-Chemical or Power Industry facilities, and demonstrate an understanding of Commissioning process including:
• Interpretation of Single Line Diagrams, schematics and engineering datasheets
• Commissioning of HV & LV electrical power, distribution and generation systems
• Commissioning of utility and process systems
• Recognized electrical qualification from their native country
• Electrical Safety group 4 certification according to Azerbaijan legislation
• CompEx certificate (units EX01, EX02, EX03, EX04) preferred
• Competent in communicating in English language
• Able to demonstrate a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Knowledge of Electrical field equipment.
• Desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge
• Ability to interpret and understand Single Line Diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings and datasheets in English
• Valid BOSIET and medical certificate for offshore work
