Open Networks Azerbaijan is a private telecommunications and satellite services provider that specializes in design, import and operation of telematics technology solutions for corporate clients in various industries, including GPS monitoring, fleet management, vehicle and field asset control and security systems. Open Networks is looking for early career professionals motivated to learn and develop and to contribute to the fast growth of the company as a Corporate Customer Representative. For qualified candidates with basic experience but right personal qualities, Open Networks shall provide all necessary trainings and practical guidance to succeed in the role.

Location: Baku with travel to regions
Employment type: Full-time staff
Work hours: 9:00-18:00
Work week: Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned corporate customers
• Maintain business relations with customers to timely escalate and resolve customer requests internally
• Increase revenue from assigned corporate customers through actively offering additional services
• Responsible for customer loyalty and retention
• Keep customer records and update Customer Relationship Management data
• Develop and present customer analytics and businesses increase forecasts

Candidate Requirements:

• At least two-year experience in corporate customer service or sales (preferably in telecommunications, technology, banking, insurance or automotive)
• Strong business and interpersonal communication stills
• Native level written and spoken Azerbaijani language
• Proficient level of spoken Russian language
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Motivation to learn and develop professionally

Preferred (not mandatory):

• Post-secondary education
• Education abroad is highly valued
• Working-level knowledge of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Driver’s License

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Salary: 800 AZN
• Mobile Phone Allowance: 50 AZN
• Transportation costs: As required for work
