Cost Analyst

Job responsibilities:

• Compute costs in an accurate manner that facilitates cost control and cost reduction;
• Cost classifications must be done based on functions, activities, products, processes and on the information needs of the organization in its planning and control;
• Combine objective and subjective assessment of costs contributing to a standard result;
• Information have to be presented as accountants see fit;
• Assist to identify inefficient products and activities, to allocate more resources on profitable products and activities;
• Track and report project-specific transactions with revenues, costs (both direct and overhead), assets, and liabilities identified and allocated to the project;
• Assist to control the costs at any per-product-level level, to find unnecessary costs that may be eliminated;
• Assist fixing the price of a product or service with any desired analytical resolution;
• Report only to the organizations internal management to aid their decision-making.

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Higher education in the field of enterprise economics;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian;
• Knowledge of SAP (in addition to 1C) is an advantage.
