Cost Controller

We are looking for a highly experienced cost controller of Civil Construction projects (Not-oil & Gas)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly financial and Cost reports
• Invoicing to Client with backup documentation, maintaining registers, preparing cost reports & close-out packages
• Variation Control
• Evaluation of Tender submissions
• Cost based Bid comparison
• Visiting project sites to observe workflows
• Knowledge about Construction and Fit out works
• Control all Markup files by AutoCAD and sometimes on the construction site
• Check and track clients IPC’s
• Knowledge construction prices especially fit out and MEP
• Verify the compliance of invoices with the terms of the contract
• Assisting the evaluation team during contract evaluation;

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must
• Great attention to detail / analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Well-organized, reliable, and Initiative
• Good working knowledge of English
