Responsibilities:
- Systematically analyzing the data on the existing student base, segmenting it by products, checking the completeness and correctness of the data in the student profiles, coordinating the interaction based on the requests received from the students on customer services;
- Fee reminder for domestic students and ensure timely collection of those fees accordingly
- Monitor student attendance and prepare monthly reports
- Prepare a report of students who have stopped their classes, investigate the reason and definitely record it in that report
- Investigating and resolving incoming inquiries on a daily basis
- Calculation of service fee payments for all staff once a month and execution of payment tasks
- To ensure the implementation of payments received from internal students in accordance with the set goals
- Proper coordination during any student change in existing groups and transfer to a new group and level based on the student’s consent
- Ensuring that any technical equipment in the office is in working order or to ensure that it is rectified if a malfunction occurs
- Ensuring the availability of all the resources required in the office (paper, pencils, food and other non-food products) at the level of demand
- Perform additional functions as required
Requirements:
- Basic criteria and requirements
- Higher education or relevant qualification
- Ability to work perfectly with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Perfect conversation in Azerbaijani language both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent digital and technical skills
- Communication and networking skills
- Having the ability to work in a team, as well as being able to cooperate in a diverse and multi-functional team
- Being active and open to innovations
Work schedule Monday-Saturday 10:00-19:00
