We are a marine, offshore and civil engineering, repair, and construction company based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Company is in Qaradag region, on Salyan Highway.  If this is too far for you, please do not apply!

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for engaging with our customers. We are a small company that is looking to grow so this is an opportunity to start and grow with us.

Work Conditions:

• At first, it will be required to work from the office for onboarding. After a good level of independence is proven, you can work remotely as long as you fulfill your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Search, find, meet and present to customers.
• Create a database and keep track of customers information.
• Respond to customers’ queries.
• Send quotations (quotation will be prepared by someone else but it’s the customer relation manager’s responsibility to finalize it and send it to the customer with the accompanying text/presentation).
• Prepare gifts and messages for special occasions.

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• High level of English, Azerbaijani and Russian fluency in speaking, reading and writing.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Understanding of Document Control systems.
• Understanding of procurement processes.
• Outgoing personality to search, find, meet and present to customers.
• Good documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Understanding of the marine, offshore and civil industry.
• Social media marketing skills.
• Engineering background.
• Driving license and own car.

3 years relevant experience is preferred but we are open to consider fresh candidates if your English, Azerbaijani and Russian writing, reading and speaking skills are suitable and you are willing to follow instructions and learn!

Compensation:

• 500-700 AZN net for first 6 month (probation period), depending on experience.
• Salary will be revised at a 6 monthly interval depending on performance. Significant opportunity for growth.
• A commission will apply for every project won thanks to your efforts.
