Requirements:
- University diploma: BA, Marketing, economics-related majors preferred
- 1-3 years of customer support experience preferred
- Friendly, Energetic and personable attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; both russian and azerbaijani
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good organizational skills and work habits
- Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
