Responsibilities:
- Identifying Customer parts and service needs by phone calls and offers suitable Cat and NonCat solutions.
- Offering alternative solutions to customer and help them to select most suitable one.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through phone calls and emails to the potential customers
- Follow up depths and work close with PSSR for money collection.
- Communicate all customer complaints to Customer Relation Specialist.
- Calling assigned customer periodically, update customer information in the system.
- Informing all customers about EM Solutions in order to create opportunities.
- Escalation of potentially problematic issues to the Manager.
- Work with the Marketing Department on the creation & validation of marketing materials.
- Responsible for identifying timing and job details including gathering all information for the machines and importing this information into a database in order to present a proposal for recommended spare parts to the customer on time.
- To coordinate the team activities on the Az Export Pipelines and BP sites across the Ganja area
- Provide daily checks and generate necessary reports related to the service vehicles’ movement on BP sites and on other projects across the Ganja area
- Responsible for the control of work standards in the Ganja area
- The employee must have a personal vehicle that can be used for Company purposes (customer visits)
- Liaise with Borusan Cat vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services in the Ganja area
- Perform other tasks, duties, and assignments as required
- Prepare CVA contracts and pricing of PM packages
- Track PSSRs and inform them to extend CVAs in the system
- Report CVA dashboard results to the sales team
- Follow POS and inform the RUN team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Finance, Economics or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and influencing skills and ability to operate independently
- High level of competence in preparation and presentation
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Positive “can do” attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, a n d English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
- Computer skills-user level(MS Office usage).
- Ability to travel on occasion.
