Responsibilities:
- Decompose high level business needs into functional needs by understanding problem and determining data needs
- Document business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements
- Collecting and disseminating data reports according to use.
- Analysis of the database to identify incorrect information;
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the team
- Compilation and analysis of requirements for financial statements (General Ledger, BalanceSheet, Cash Flow)
- Extract, filter and aggregate data through logical queries and basic programming
- Analysis of the developed SQL statements for errors, for the influence of missing information as well as periodically to take the necessary measures to optimize these reports
- Close cooperation with the Data Architect in the daily work on the analysis of the database
Requirements:
- Higher education (Computer science prefers information technology);
- Knowledge of the banking / financial sector (experience is an advantage);
- Ability to build general algorithms
- Strong T-SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of Python, one of the R programming languages desirable
- Ability to work with Tableau, SSRS, Power BI or other analyseBI tools
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani or Russian language;
- Knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) programs
- High level of analytical skills;
- Attention to all kinds of details;
- Willingness to learn and try new technologies;
- Perseverance and responsibility, ability to carry out routine work;
