PASHA Holding invites candidates to fill the position of Data Analytics Lead. This is a role within the Data Office focused on unlocking the potential of data for PASHA Holding. As part of the Data Office and as a group Data Analytics Lead you will play a leading role in identifying and realizing opportunities for cross company and intra-company collaboration. You will lead our efforts to gather, analyze and monetize group data and work on establishing partnerships with third parties to help grow our market share, optimize operations and increase customer satisfaction.

Job description:

• This is a managerial role with accountability for the team of data analysts and scientists responsible for delivering real business benefit. It is a high profile role and you will be working with business leaders and partners across the organization (to C-level) and will need strong team lead and data analytics experience, preferably, in the finance domain to be successful in this role;
• You will have worked previously in an Agile organization, will have a strong understanding of product management, and the ability to lead, develop and inspire an Agile delivery team of analysts, SMEs, developers, architects and data analysts;

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

• Clear understanding of value-backed analytics opportunities – proven experience in finance, telecom, or e-commerce industries;
• Able to evangelize on the capabilities of data and technology solutions to transform the business and a commercial mind-set to business driven outcomes;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing/delivering data analytics use cases/programs;
• Experience in using Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tablau, PowerBI and other analytic tools;
• Basic knowledge of various machine learning algorithms such as liner regression, decision tree, random forest etc.;
• Comprehensive understanding of product development lifecycles;
• Experience managing teams, both directly and in a matrix environment as well as coaching business owners to clarify the need; data scientists/analysts to crack the issues;
• Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude with a track record of working in harmony with wide range of colleagues from data scientists to business leaders;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian is an advantage;
