Job description:
- Document system architecture and infrastructure with regards to having a highly resilient, highly available, and recoverable data platform;
- Document standardize data sharing schema to enable effective data exchange between SAs ;
- Agree roles & responsibilities with publishers / subscribers;
- Plan development phasing including estimating work effort, understanding cross-project dependencies, resource planning, and infrastructure planning;
- Maintain the platform once it has been delivered;
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- 7-10 years of experience in function;
- 2-3 years industry specific work experience;
- Working knowledge of ER/Studio, ERWin Data Modeler, and/or PowerDesigner;
- Experience with Hackolade, SoapUI, PostMan, XMLSpy is beneficial;
- Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling;
- Conversant in multiple data integration patterns and frameworks such as: ETL, ELT, microservices, Pub/Sub queues, Kafka, Nifi, Apache Spark, Databricks, Master Data
- anagement, Reference Data Management;
- Project Management certificates (beneficial), Certificates in all above mentioned skills is beneficial;
- Foreign Language: fluency in English, Russian;
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Suite;
- Market Knowledge: Finance/Insurance is preferable;
- Knowledge of Data Governance Policies & Procedures;
- Knowledge of Data Quality Dimensions / concepts;
- Knowledge of data bases and data base concepts;
- Clear, concise communications and being able to translate technical jargon into business understandings;
- Individual who can drive project decisions and navigate technical issues across multiple teams;
