Universal PRO – is specialised in corporate sales of worldwide construction equipment brands like Caghsan, Magmaweld, Netlift, Jotun, Rockwool and etc.The company is looking for potential candidates for Orders Management & Data Team .Basic tasks of Data Management Specialist are indicated below:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of new modules of the ERP system based on detailed description
• Customization of ERP configurations based on user requirements
• General testing of the development functionality
• Support and maintenance of existing systems
• Review and analysis of business processes
• Evaluate current state of processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Configuration and customization of the system based on agreed requirements
• Retrieve data from ERP and 1C databases and generate daily/monthly/quarter reports
• Generate performance reports of sales, procurement, and logistics teams
• Monitor the movement of product categories and stock items
• Delegate tasks to Orders Management and Data Analytics teams
• Conduct training sessions

Requirements to candidate:

• Demonstrated ability to Analyze and understand business problems
• High degree of insight and analytical skill
• Creative problem solving and conflict resolution
• Good MS Excel skills, Tableau/Power BI
• Attentive and detail oriented
• Good at time management
• Easy leaner – there are different item names and categories, you should be able to differentiate them themselves and categories
• Excellent communication, presentation, training and analytical skills
• Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian (desirable)

Terms

• • 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
