Duties and responsibilities
- Implement integrations requested by customers
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- Troubleshoot existing services and platforms to identify bugs and develop solutions
- Automate parts of the development delivery process using CI/CD tools
- Participate as a member in project team
- Reduce deployment related incidents
- Use various tools to orchestrate solutions
- Understand how various systems work
- Be available 24/7
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure
- Experience at least in one scripting language

- Understanding of software development lifecycle, tools and methodologies included and used in Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player, interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-facing and internal communication skills
- Written and verbal communication skills (Azerbaijani, English)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
