Job Description:
- Managing the client relationship and act as the lead point of contact for all client requests
- Develop long-term customer relationships, engaging and identify new opportunities.
- Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competition
- Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations
- Planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, Video, Social etc.
- Good understanding of creative analysis, campaign spend, click through rates, conversions and optimization opportunities
- Excellent decision-making, organizational planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Seeking opportunities to advance the client relationship and identify new business opportunities
- Developing reporting formats and providing periodic reporting.
Skills and experience:
- Ability to manage stressed points and make solution on client and agency interests
- Master’s Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertisement, Band management and related fields
- Experience on working with Global Brands
- Experience on both client and agency side
- Professional writing and speaking skills on English and Russian language (International certificated candidates are recommending)
- Following new trends on marketing and general knowledge
