The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of ‘’Digital Marketing Expert’’ for SME Agile Tribe Team.

Responsibilities:

• As a Digital Marketing Expert, you’ll be part of SME Agile Tribe.
• Serve as ’Digital Marketing Expert’ for the SME Agile Tribe, including day-to-day operation, management, and optimization;
• Work closely with the SME squad members & Marketing CoE to develop and execute digital marketing activities for achieving goals related to bank’s SME & Business products;
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all offline & digital marketing initiatives across all web, mobile and social owned properties

You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong project management/organizational skills required
• Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition & activation marketing (e-mailing, display ads, online video, paid search, paid and organic social and SEO, etc), content marketing and web analytics.
• Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics & Google Data Studio & Social Bakers). Familiarity with goal and event setting via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an asset.
• Familiarity with mobile marketing and commercialization – mobile app growth, connected tools and responsive sites is an asset is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal. Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the small business mindset is a plus
