Digital Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships including project proposals, project presentations, budgets
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs)
• Collaborate with agencies and other supplier partners
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Prepare and manage digital media plans.
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

• 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, programmatic.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook ADS campaigns
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and data driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• High communication skills
• Candidates with SEO skills are preferred
• Knowledge of AZE, RUS and ENG languages
• Must have previous work experience in agency
• Solving problems within strict deadlines
• Being resistant to stress and pressure
• Strategic approach to different cases is necessary
• Effective and efficient team management skills
