Responsibilities:
- Implementing Human Resources Management Policy in accordance with the Labor Code;
- Participation in the preparation and improvement of rules and internal procedures;
- Implementation of control over the execution of the approved internal regulations;
- Organizing attestation of employees;
- Support the management of disciplinary issues;
- Establishing performance management process; leading and supervising the implementation of the system;
- Leading the establishment of a salary grading system.
- Leading the daily activity of the HR Department.
Requirements:
- Higher education (desirable in Social Sciences, Psychology or Management)
- Knowledge & understanding of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Language skills (Azesrbaijani, English, Russian – excellent level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Work condition:
- Working hours: from 09:00 till 18:00
- Rest days: Saturday and Sunday
