Job description:
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed, attending meetings;
- Making travel arrangements, visas and reservations and compile travel schedules;
- Assisting procurement and logistics departments: making contacts with foreign suppliers to discuss prices, technical specs etc.;
- Writing procedural rules and guidelines;
- Making translations and interpretations when necessary;
- Secretarial duties: typing formal letters / documents / meeting guests.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree (bachelor);
- Advanced level of knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani languages, good command of English language, Turkish language knowledge is an advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
