Required skills and experience:

• Relevant experience in one of the following fields: education management, digital education and/or STEAM
• Experience in educational content/curriculum/syllabus development is preferable
• Passion to work in educational field
• Willingness to research, learn and grow professionally
• Basic skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google services (documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.), tech-savviness
• Ability to collaborate with team, colleagues and partners
• To be an effective communicator
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfort and experience interacting with teenagers and youth
• Ability to be tactful and assertive

Responsibilities:

• Researching educational and IT trends, market and opportunities locally and globally
• Participating at related events and presenting project to interested community
• Working in team for scaling the project up
• Getting and analyzing reports from educational partners
• Tracking the ongoing courses
• Preparing reports to Ministry
• Generating data for marketing team
• Involving new educational and business partners
• Reviewing and evaluating course content and performing quality control based on need
