We are SMART business, an international company with the head office in Ukraine. For the last 10 years our company has been implementing Microsoft products, including ERP and CRM systems, Data Science, machine learning and systems based on the Microsoft Office 365 platform.

We have offices in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Netherlands and Poland with more than 600 clients in 60 countries worldwide. One of the main services provided by SMART business is to implement ERP systems.

SMART business is currently working with many projects in Azerbaijan. We have opened an office in Baku and are actively searching for people to join our team. In March we are launching a free SMART Academy and are interested in aspiring specialists with experience in finance, logistics, sales and production.

The Academy will allow you to try yourself as an ERP Consultant / Business Analyst in IT projects and see how your expertise can be applied in this role.

The Academy will allow you to understand if the position of a Business Analyst in IT projects suits your profile and how can it influence your expertise.

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least two years of experience in financial, production, logistics or tax departments;
• Has experience in working with Azeri accounting and taxation system;
• Has experience in working with any ERP system;
• Has a good oral of Russian and English (at least Intermediate level).

Training outcomes:

• Competence in working with ERP systems built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform;
• Skills to effectively influence business processes overall. Opportunity to take part in production and organizational processes in the leading ERP-consulting company;
