Baku Electronics Executive Assistant vəzifəsi üzrə vakansiya elan edir.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend calls and meetings; capture actions and maintain action list to ensure follow up;
- Assists upper management with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concern addressed to the upper management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
- Prioritizes conflicting matters; handling them expeditiously, proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company information;
- Works closely with upper management and keep a track of upcoming events and action items;
- Undertake special projects under the supervision of upper management and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent:
- At least 1-2 years of experience;
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized;
- Language proficiency (Azeri, Russian, English);
