Location: Padarchol (Hajigabul)

Purpose of the role:

To oversee all farming operations and assets belonging to the Agro Dairy Business Units.

Job requirements:

• Plan all agricultural operations daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Managing all tractor, combine and equipment operations.
• Manage and understand the use of irrigation centre pivots.
• Coordinate with agronoms for ongoing field operations.
• Ensure that the reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is accurate and complete.
• Control and manage silo operations and maintenance.
• Manage all business unit operations repairs and maintenance (electrical, pivot, equipment, vehicles, tractors, combines, etc.).
• Manage all assets of Business Unit operations, including irrigation pump stations, tractors, combines, and equipment, centre pivots, buildings, silos, and warehouses.
• Ensure that warehouse operations have the necessary stock to meet operational needs.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of all resources to achieve operational goals.
• Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of good agricultural practises
• Labour management
• Operational management
• Irrigation management and understanding

Essential requirements:

• University degree (Master’s or higher);
• Work experience in the agriculture industry that is relevant;
• At least 7-8 years at the managerial level.

People management, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, planning, and problem-solving abilities are all required.

Language skills:

• English – essential Fluent
• Azeri – native
• Russian-desirable
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, 1C, Coins and ERP system knowledge is a preference
• Desirable requirements: Requires a good fundamental knowledge in Operations and agriculture
• Additional comments: Maintain the project delivery within the budget and required deadline with the high quality standards.
