Responsibilities:

• Startup Certificate and Tax Breaks: Apply for startup certificates and manage applications for tax breaks, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Monthly P&L Reports: Create accurate and timely monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements, analyzing and reporting on financial performance to management.
• Financial Forecasting: Develop detailed financial forecasts, identifying trends, and providing insights to aid strategic decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of costs and expenses, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Automated Bookkeeping: Set up and maintain automated bookkeeping systems to streamline financial processes.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with different departments to prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against these budgets.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare financial reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Proficient user of accounting software for bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
