Required Skills include:

• Daily financial reporting
• Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes
• Providing back office services, such as accounts payable, collections and payroll
• Monitoring cash flow
• Liaising with regional accounting teams
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expenses
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Preparing accounts and tax declarations
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Auditing and analyzing financial performance
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Working under both local and international accounting standards

Required Personal Characteristics include:

• High integrity and honesty
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines
• Ability to effectively interact and provide support and guidance to office managers and firm leaders
• Strong commitment to providing superior client service to both internal and external clients
• Positive attitude and high levels of personal commitment

Required Qualifications:

• A university degree in accounting
• Azerbaijani citizenship
• At least five (5) years of professional level experience in accounting on an international level
• Fluency in the Azerbaijani language and full professional proficiency in English
