Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial department employees, including financial assistants, accountants and reporting specialists
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Tax Code of Azerbaijan Republic
- Ability to conduct main financial reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.)
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly book closings
- Responsible for budgeting
- Communication with Banks and other governmental institutions
- Approval of daily payments
- Approval of Purchase orders
- Track the company’s financial performance to identify areas for potential improvement and cost optimization
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Recommendation actions by analyzing and interpreting data to make comparative analyses
- Identification of financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Ability to perform ad hoc reports in short time
- Investment analysis for new stores
- Cash control
• Control over payables and receivables; reconciliation of advance payments in the system

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master degree in finance or accounting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- COINS and GOLD knowledge is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- ACCA/CFA/FMVA certificate is an advantage
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
- Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
- Min 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting departments as a Team Leader/Lead Accountant
