Position summary:

This position is responsible for tracking a company’s financial performance against a plan, analysing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and conducting various analyses and performing tasks as per instruction of Treasury manager..

Job duties:

• Analyse and interpret financial and market data to provide logical, repeatable explanations
• Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities
• Collect data and develop detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and create revenue, profitability and expense forecasts.
• Participation in updating the Project’s financial model and conducting various analyses
• Participation in preparation of project presentations.
• Provide administrative support to senior analysts and department professionals, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
• Collection of documents and preparation of application forms for arranging monthly loan financing
• Assistance on loan management
• Other duties requested by Line Manager

Accountability:

• Assist management in preparation of financial information, reports and spreadsheets

Typical skill requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of similar experience

Language skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Azeri and English

Techinal skills:

• Data analytics and modelling

Equipment skills:

• Good IT skills – Excel, Power-Point, financial modelling, and analysis applications

Soft skills:

• Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good research, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
• Critical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written

Other:

• Ability to analyse and interpret data

Traning & Education needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
