Job description:

• Collecting industry and market data to conduct market and industry research.
• Assisting the investment team in appraising new investment opportunities and deal origination.
• Assisting the investment team in due diligence and execution of new transactions.
• Preparing investment committee memoranda.
• Supporting portfolio operations team in the management and oversight of one or more portfolio companies.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, master degree is an advantage;
• A post-graduate qualification (CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
• 2 year of professional experience in the field;
• Understanding of Financial Analysis, Valuation and Business Modeling
• Strong financial modelling skills together with a high degree of proficiency in using MS Excel.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an asset.
