Obligations:

• Operational management of the financial and economic block (accounting, economics, finance) of the company:
• Calculation and cost analysis;
• Cost optimization;
• Analysis of economic indicators, preparation of analytical materials;
• Accounting, tax, and management accounting;
• Tax planning and optimization;
• Management of working capital;
• Controlling;
• Modernization and optimization of policies, procedures, and business processes
• Automation of accounting and financial and economic procedures
• Regulation of business processes
• Presentation of managerial reporting and protection of results of Top-management company
• Corporate strategy and planning in the medium and long term
• Business management agency informed management decisions;
• Develops methods for developing management accounting and budgeting systems at the enterprise;
• Organizes control over the residual costs of resources of enterprise units;
• Coordination of the formation and protection of the forecast of the economic development of the enterprise

Requirements:

• Higher professional education in economics and experience in retail and financial management in positions of at least 5 years. Additional management education is considered an advantage
• Leadership qualities, the ability to create a team around yourself, endurance
• Excellent knowledge of – Excel, 1C UPP, ERP
• Knowledge of methods for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s financial activities, analyzing financial risks, calculating and minimizing financial risks;
• Analytic mind;
• integrated business vision;
• Ideal experience in trading companies (retail, distribution, wholesale, etc.)
• Focus on results, think about the evaluation of numbers, and at the same time creative and non-standard, evaluation of the commercial effectiveness of solutions, and evaluation of indicators;
