Main responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Manages daily activities, coordinates the schedules of the staff
- Works on the team performance and improves the service level
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Provides service trainings to the F&B Team with the standards of the brand
- Ensures the team collaboration towards common targets
- Promotes high level of teamwork and service quality by proper coordination with other departments
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in F&B Management;
- Experience of managing personnel and dealing with financial targets;
- Strong ability to recognize and resolve problems efficiently
- Strong knowledge of latest F&B tends;
- Ability to work well under pressure and with set deadlines;
- Relevant education is desirable;
