Position Summary
- The Group Sales Manager generates and develops and executes the necessary sales strategies to increase visitor attendance. Coordinates with marketing team in order to increase market share in those areas and aligns the operation with company goals and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team in order to keep them align with department and individual KPI and goals
- Establish and maintain commercial relationships with educational authorities and companies
- Develop sales programs for schools, parties, camps, corporate and government channels
- Ensure quality service in group visits
- Align income budget with sales goals
- Define and develop commercial strategies
- Elaborate annual sales budget according to business objectives
- Analyze competition among the entertainment industry
- Determine group sales pricing and promotions strategy aligned to marketing objectives
- Participates in administrative staff meetings, briefings and debriefings
- Prepare update and present Internal work plan sales reports and statistics, Sales Growth Rate per channel, Groups Sales Target, Group Sales Bookings and other requested report systematics.
- Oversee income and sales budget
- Provide information concerning efficiency and attendance reports
- Collaborates with the area in order to increase market share through aligned marketing and groups sales campaigns
- Oversee group visits process
- Continuously follow up and support group operations and parties to improve company service standards
- Act as a manager on duty when requested on events or organizations in collaboration with operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing. Master’s Degree is plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, events, operations, entertainment industry experience is plus.
- Knowledge of strategy development and sales force direction.
- Advanced Level of English and Russian.
