Function:  B2C Sales

Your main job responsibilities:

• To optimize and continuously monitor traditional sales channels and service points (retail, telesales, own shops)
• To ensure sales volumes, quality and service level in order to achieve targeted KPIs
• To support sales channels within the framework of strategic projects
• To ensure alignment of sales channel operations and service point channels with the commercial and brand strategy
• To optimize and develop commission schemes
• To optimize distribution channels continuously
• To coordinate alignment across various sales channels and service points to ensure operational and commercial efficiency and effectiveness
• To control budget (OPEX, CAPEX), budget revisions, budget compliance and alignment
• To develop merchandising channels
• To develop and manage retail strategy
• To develop and implement new digital sales channels

Your education and work experience:

• University Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in retail sales channels management (Work experience in FMCG and Telecommunications is preferable)
• At least 3 years of managerial experience

• Managerial skills
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian language is a plus)
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs
