Head of Shift Technological Line

Role and Main responsibilities:

• Work according to shift schedule
• Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures
• Ensure smooth production operation during shift
• Train and coach production line employees
• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns and changeovers
• Responsible for to meet shift production goals
• Conduct employee performance reviews
• Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
• Reject product outside of specifications.
• Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Complete shift paper work
• Assist in production as necessary
• Knowing the order of actions during emergency situations
• Knowing the requirements of technical security in production
• Other duties as assigned

Required skills and work experience:

• High or technical education in related sphere and work experience not less than 5 years
• Knowing the construction of Melting Furnace and basics of Glass Melting
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and machinery
• Two –five years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in team
• Communicability, stress resistance
