Responsibilities:
- Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Resolve all customer complaints. Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise
- Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym and update the membership database system
- Handle all incoming calls and answered the enquiries made.
- Assist the Duty Manager in maintaining the gym
- Provide information for prospective members, new residents, and guests, complete the application process for new members joining
- Executed administrative tasks, including email, fax, distributing parcels and updating calendars
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience
- Azeri, English and Russian languages excellent written and verbal
- Able to work shifts
- Have a friendly and professional approach
- Desire to work and develop in successful and stable company.
