Main responsibilities:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Configure software and hardware
- Provide End-user support (Laptops, Printers, VOIP Phones)
- Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (Windows 10 OS)
- Provide accurate information on IT products and services
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Train end-users how to set up and use new technologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP)
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
