Work description
- PC Hardware diagnostics;
- PC Software diagnostics;
- PC Service software installation;
- PC operating system troubleshooting;
- Peripheral device (printer, scanner, etc.) installation;
- ile recovery;
- Antivirus installation and virus removal;
- Technical support requests’ handling;
- Server and computer network troubleshooting.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (IT, Cybernetics, Computer Engineering, etc.);
- At least 1 year experience in the related field;
- Broad knowledge and experience in Windows 7,8,8.1,10 installation/configuration;
- Experience in setup of passive, active network and other computer equipment;
- Experience in computer and peripheral equipment repair and installation;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge about network and server fundamentals;
- Vmware ESXi and Vsphere skills;
- Experience in helpdesk is an asset;
- Responsibility, accuracy, efficiency and problem-solving;
- Age: 24 – 35;
- Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian/ English (working knowledge);
- Location: Sumqayıt;
- 5-day work week (09:00-18:00);
- Lunch/transport;
- Labor relations as per AR Labor Code;
- Salary 400-500 AZN
